Job Title: Mason - Los Angeles


We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures and surfaces using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. Your duties may include laying out patterns, mixing and applying mortar, and using specialized tools to shape and cut materials. You may also be involved in building retaining walls, chimneys, or other structures.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Mason. You must be physically fit as this job requires heavy lifting and manual labor. A strong eye for detail and the ability to read blueprints is also essential. Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in various weather conditions is required.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work according to blueprints
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Lay bricks or other building blocks in rows or patterns
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, saws, chisels, and hammers to shape or cut materials
- Fill cavities or gaps between bricks with mortar
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or other materials
- Build structures such as chimneys, retaining walls, or walkways
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces using hand or power tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Collaborate with other construction workers on projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mason
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively with others

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month. In addition, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
