Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Malindi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, suitable for men and without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Provide menus and make recommendations to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on them throughout the meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit cards

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
