IT Manager


We are in need of an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Moscow. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure the smooth functioning of our company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and oversee IT staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security measures to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support to employees on a variety of hardware and software issues
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and databases
- Proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Moscow (candidates from India preferred)
