Entry Level Barista - Eldoret, Kenya (Egyptian and Kenyan Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Entry Level Baristas in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for English speaking jobs without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
- Ensure quality standards are met for all drinks served
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Must be Egyptian or Kenyan national with legal authorization to work in Kenya
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
