We are seeking a physically fit and responsible Loader to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all shipments are properly labeled and organized. This job is suitable for men who have experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Maintain inventory levels by accurately counting and recording items
- Organize and label shipments to ensure proper delivery
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed
- Keep work area clean and free of hazards
- Communicate with colleagues to coordinate loading schedules
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately count and record items
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to operate forklifts or other machinery safely (training provided)
- Good communication skills for coordinating with colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
