Loader - Eldoret, Kenya



We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, as well as organizing and maintaining the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent coordination and strength.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Properly stack and organize goods in the warehouse according to inventory management systems
- Check for damaged or missing goods during loading and unloading processes
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling goods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar role preferred
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
