Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, your role will be to protect and conserve historic buildings and structures while ensuring they are functional for modern use. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and conservation organizations to develop preservation plans and oversee the restoration process. Your responsibilities may include conducting site surveys, researching historical information, creating detailed preservation reports, and providing guidance on materials and methods for restoration. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with historical preservation techniques. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential in this role. This position may involve travel to various locations within Moscow to oversee restoration projects.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of historical preservation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and conservation organizations.
- Attention to detail and strong research skills.

Preferred:
- Experience working on historic buildings in Moscow or other European cities.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
