IT Support Specialist
Location: Sheduva, Nepal
Salary: $1500/month


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems and network equipment
- Maintain network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills in English (Nepali language skills a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
