Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva, providing technical assistance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and training users on new technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and components, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Train users on new technology
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Provide timely technical support to clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, components, and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Salary: $1700/month
Location: Sheduva
