Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Utena. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Utena
