Seasonal Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create seasonal menus that reflect the local and international cuisine
- Oversee all culinary operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards are met
- Monitor food inventory and maintain cost control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and catering services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
- Experience managing a large team of kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is $1300 per week.
