We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. You will be responsible for managing and training a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared according to our high standards and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends while also meeting dietary restrictions and budget requirements
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ordering ingredients, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and adherence to recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new techniques to continuously improve the dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in fine dining establishments
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and menu development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of health codes and regulations related to food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Los Angeles (Candidates from India preferred)
