Indian Librarian in Izhevsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Indian Librarian to join our team at a library in Izhevsk, Russia. As the librarian, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the library and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the circulation of books and other materials
- Assist patrons with finding and checking out materials
- Manage and maintain the library's collection
- Develop and execute programs and events for all ages
- Provide reference services to patrons
- Maintain the library's online catalog and website
- Train and supervise library staff
- Ensure compliance with library policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of library cataloging systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
