Formworker Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed accurately, safely, and within deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of formworkers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Ensure proper setup and installation of formwork according to project specifications
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of formwork systems, materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor when necessary

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for eligible candidates.
