Senior Architect



We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Develop design proposals for various projects based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
