Senior Architect - Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various construction projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and local building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various construction projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect in a reputable firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
Our company offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, Lithuania. Candidates from India or the Philippines are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
