Office Administrator

We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients and will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the office calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the company
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
