Power Engineer - Pula, Croatia


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electrical power systems and equipment. Your duties will include conducting feasibility studies, creating technical specifications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of power generation principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the power industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month with the possibility of accommodation. Biometric passport or Croatian citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing electrical power systems
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the most efficient solutions
- Creating technical specifications for power equipment
- Troubleshooting issues and performing maintenance on power systems
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborating with other engineers to improve system performance
- Monitoring energy consumption and identifying areas for improvement
- Training junior engineers on power system design and maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of power generation principles
- Experience working with electrical power systems or equipment preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to power systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport or Croatian citizenship required
