Job Title: Part-Time Handyman for Foreign Workers in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are hiring a part-time handyman to assist with various maintenance tasks for our foreign workers in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a handyman, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise in our workers' accommodations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of our workers' accommodations to identify any maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed
- Fix any minor repairs such as broken furniture, locks, or appliances
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations
- Keep maintenance records up to date and report any significant issues to the supervisor
- Ensure all safety standards are met when conducting maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Ability to communicate in basic English is an advantage
- Prior experience as a handyman or similar role is not required but preferred
- Must be able to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Valid work permit and visa for St. Petersburg, Russia

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this part-time position.
