A well-established construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is open to both Indian nationals and locals who are fluent in English and have a valid work permit.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes, to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other construction tasks. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance on the equipment and ensure its safe operation.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction or similar field. We are also open to freshers who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic. A valid heavy equipment operator license is preferred.

This is a physically demanding job that requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You must be able to follow instructions accurately, have good hand-eye coordination, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
