- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for implementing new tools or software.
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of various operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
- Experience creating detailed project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Indian nationality preferred.
