Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist the Concierge with day-to-day tasks and provide excellent customer service to guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, providing information and recommendations about local attractions and services, making reservations for guests, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times. You will also be responsible for assisting with luggage handling and coordinating transportation for guests.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills in English and be able to speak multiple languages, preferably including Hindi or another Indian language. You should also have good knowledge of the local area and be able to provide accurate recommendations to guests. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent. As this is a student-friendly job, candidates who are currently studying or looking for temporary work are encouraged to apply. Accommodation may be provided depending on availability.
