Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our boutique hotel team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in the hospitality industry. This is a contract position that includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide warm, professional service throughout their stay
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events based on guest preferences
- Arrange reservations and transportation for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to assist guests
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
