Art Director - Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring an experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and design of various projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all visual elements are cohesive and aligned with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements
- Develop creative concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee all aspects of design including layout, color scheme, typography, and overall visual aesthetic
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback on their work
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing a team is preferred

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. This position is open to both men and women. Local candidates are preferred but we welcome applications from all nationalities.
