We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of milling machines to produce precision parts for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Both Pakistani and Nepali candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Select the appropriate tools, materials, and speeds for each job
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the milling process
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Milling Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of machine set-up procedures and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of different milling techniques, tools, materials, and speeds
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products within tight tolerances
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must have valid working visa for Croatia or be eligible for visa sponsorship
