IT Manager


Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategy and operations of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with company goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Identify opportunities for improvement in technology systems and processes, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security systems, and other related technologies
- Experience developing IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
