Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Moscow. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided. As this role involves working with international teams, fluency in English is not required but preferred.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects. This includes budget management, scheduling, procurement of materials and equipment, coordination with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the Indian market. A biometric passport is required for this role as it may involve international travel. We welcome applications from women who have the necessary qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare regular reports on project status to senior management
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience working on projects in India
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and procurement processes
- Proven ability to handle challenges and resolve conflicts
