As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging English language instruction to students in Ufa. You will work with individuals or small groups, tailoring lessons to meet their specific needs and goals. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and does not require accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials that align with students' learning objectives
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, to engage students and promote language acquisition
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress through assessments
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed to discuss student progress
- Keep updated records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, English or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ufa, Russia. While preference is given to Indian nationals living in the area, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
