We are seeking a part-time Moderator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating online content and ensuring that it meets our company's standards. Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on our platform
- Ensure that all content follows our company's guidelines and policies
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve moderation processes

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (no other language skills required)
- Must have experience in online content moderation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must have own biometric passport

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so applicants must have their own place of residence in Siauliai or be willing to commute.
