Moderator for Online Community (Contract, Siauliai)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Moderator to manage our online community in Siauliai. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts or issues within the community. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Identify and report any violations of community guidelines or terms of service
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and supportive environment
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
