Python Developer for Biometric Passport System in Washington, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Washington as we work on implementing a new biometric passport system. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend of our system using your expertise in the Python programming language.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient and scalable Python code that powers our biometric passport system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Python development community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language
- Experience working with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on biometric systems or security-related projects
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or C++
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic

Salary:
Salary for this position is 900$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees if desired.

Location:
This position is located in Washington D.C., USA. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.

Note: This job does not require English proficiency, but fluency in the Python programming language is essential.
