We are in search of a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe and organized environment for guests and staff.
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, order new supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Coordinate with maintenance department for any repairs or maintenance issues that may affect housekeeping operations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping employees.
- Maintain budgetary guidelines for the department.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling & laundry operations.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month.

Location:
The position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We welcome applications from candidates of Nepali nationality who are proficient in English.
