Job Title: Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Medina

We are a reputable company in Medina seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance and repair team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance services. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, including accommodation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Filipino nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Repairing broken or damaged equipment or fixtures (e.g. leaky faucets, clogged drains)
- Installing new appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed
- Painting walls, doors, ceilings, or other surfaces as requested
- Performing basic carpentry tasks (e.g. building shelves)
- Handling light electrical repairs (e.g. changing light bulbs)
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
