Interpreter (English speaking) - Washington, D.C., USA



We are hiring a full-time Interpreter to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position is suitable for men and requires fluency in English. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely interpretation services for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consecutive interpretation services in English for meetings, conferences, and other events
- Translate written documents from English to another language and vice versa
- Serve as a cultural liaison between clients and other team members
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all interpretation assignments
- Conduct research to familiarize yourself with the subject matter prior to interpreting
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: $1500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
