Experienced Formworker for Construction Company in Washington


We are a well-established construction company in Washington, seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up formwork for concrete structures, ensuring they are strong, stable, and properly aligned.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the appropriate formwork design
- Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
- Construct formwork using various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic
- Set up and anchor the formwork securely to the ground or existing structures
- Pour concrete into the formwork and ensure it is spread evenly
- Smooth out any rough edges or bumps on the surface of the concrete
- Remove formwork once the concrete has dried and hardened
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used in the formwork process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
