Puncher Job Description:
As a Puncher in our growing team, you will play a vital role in the production process. Your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain punch press machines to produce high-quality metal parts. You should have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments for quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced and any issues encountered
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in machine operation is a plus
- Proven experience as a punch press operator or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for identifying defects or malfunctions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300 per month.
Location: Nakuru, Canada.
Preference will be given to Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
This job does not require proficiency in English.
Housing is not provided.
