We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project goals, objectives, and timelines to team members
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure they are met
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Provide regular updates on projects to senior management
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- PMP certification is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
