Office Assistant - Bungoma, Kenya
Our busy office in Bungoma, Kenya is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Order and maintain office supplies

Requirements:
