Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Bungoma. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an English-speaking job, so fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Indian national with own visa or work permit in Kenya
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
