Job Title: Executive Chef


We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and meet the expectations of our customers
- Plan and oversee all food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques or menu items accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food cost management
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, suppliers, and customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree from a recognized culinary school is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant setting is required
- Proven track record of developing creative menus that align with customer preferences
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)

Salary:
1400$ monthly salary without accommodation. This is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is open to all nationalities, however, the successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Al-Malikiyah for the duration of employment.
