We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This includes developing project strategies, creating timelines and budgets, managing resources and teams, and ensuring project milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project goals and objectives
- Manage resources and teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project milestones are met on time
- Monitor project expenses to stay within budget constraints
- Evaluate project performance against established goals and make necessary adjustments
- Identify areas for improvement in project processes and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards meeting project goals
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
