Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell products and services to clients to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber or stylist
- Ability to use different tools and techniques for cutting, trimming, and styling hair
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
