Sales Manager for Indian Market in Bansko, Bulgaria
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain Indian clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting Indian clients
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Understand the needs of Indian clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Generate leads, follow up on them, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of services to Indian clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities in the Indian market
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the travel industry or related field
- Knowledge of the Indian market and culture is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within India for business purposes
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Bansko, Bulgaria. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
