Senior Developer - Ufa, Russia


We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in Ufa, Russia seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications and systems. You will work closely with our team of developers to design, develop and implement new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process
- Mentor junior developers in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS/Android)
- Previous experience in a leadership role
