Librarian

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team in Bansko. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library collection, assisting patrons with research requests, and promoting library services and resources to the community. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
- Assist patrons with reference questions and research needs
- Promote library services and resources through outreach activities
- Plan and conduct engaging programs and events for all age groups
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Train and supervise volunteers and part-time staff
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and statistics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of library classification systems and cataloging standards
- Experience working in a library setting preferred but not required
