We are seeking experienced roofers to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on various buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
-Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
-Install new roofs on both residential and commercial buildings
-Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
-Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
-Clean and maintain work area before and after each project
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients
-Complete all projects within given timelines

Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience as a roofer
-Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
-Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
-Familiarity with safety regulations when working at heights
-Good physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
-A valid work permit or own visa for Russia

Ideal Candidate:
-The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial roofing projects.
-Prior experience working in Chelyabinsk or other cold climates is preferred.
-The ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage.
-Candidates with their own visa for Russia will be given preference.
