We are searching for a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Akron. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and provide valuable insights. Your role will involve working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to create solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Build predictive models using machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Optimize model performance by fine-tuning parameters and conducting feature selection.
- Test and validate models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
