Administrative Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensure proper handling and storage of company documents
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Prepare regular reports on office operations and budget management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday. As this is an English-speaking job, fluency in English is required. Previous experience is not necessary but preferred.
