A leading manufacturing company in Osijek, Croatia is seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and molding various materials into specific forms and sizes using specialized tools and techniques. This is an urgent position with a contract duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use specialized tools such as lathes, milling machines, and routers to shape materials
- Select appropriate materials and cutting methods for each project
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shaper or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using various shaping tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physical endurance to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
