Office Assistant for International Company in St. Petersburg
Our fast-growing international company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with organizing company events and functions
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
